Joseph’s School of Tomorrow seeks students who demonstrate the ability to succeed in an academically advanced and Christian program.  Students are selected for admission to the school on the basis of academic potential, developmental maturity, school achievement, and readiness for the school’s program.  Various assessments, such as testing and observation, are used to provide information in the evaluation of each candidate.  In all cases, the school retains the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether or not to select a student for admission or to re-enroll a student.  The school makes the decision in the best interest of each applicant based upon multiple criteria:

  • Academic readiness or qualification
  • Strong character
  • Exceptional talent
  • Maturity
  • Affiliation with the school- special consideration for available space is given to qualified children of faculty/staff/administration, the Cityline Church members, and siblings of current students at Joseph’s School of Tomorrow.

Acceptance to Joseph’s School of Tomorrow is offered to students whose abilities fall within a range that is likely to predict success in our academic Christian environment.  If the school cannot offer a place to a child, we may offer information on other schools.  In the e event of having more qualified candidates than openings available, the school will then establish a waitpool.   As any openings occur, the Administrator will review all applicable waitpool candidates to determine and offer placement based on the overall profile of the class.

Our Christian educational program uses Abeka and Bob Jones University curriculums which emphasize comprehensive fundamentals of education from a Biblical point of view.  We believe that our children should have careful instruction leading them to an ability to read with understanding and write or speak clearly and accurately.  All this will be fulfilled with an emphasis on the individual needs of each student by goal-oriented achievement.

It is our desire to instill within each student a sense of high regard for spiritual and moral standards.  The absence of God’s Word from educational and disciplined programs is the major cause of low spiritual and moral standards.  We believe the Lord teaches us to excel academically, as well as spiritually; therefore, we are constantly striving for the highest academic and spiritual standards.

Parents who are unfamiliar with Joseph’s School of Tomorrow facilities, programs, and educational philosophy are encouraged to contact the Administrator to request a preliminary 30 minute tour.  Parents whose children are currently enrolled or parents who are already familiar with our school should submit an application as soon as possible.  Once received, the Administrator will schedule a parent interview and/or tour.

  • Standardized Test (Grades 1 and up) Applicants will take a standardized admission test.  Test scores are one piece of the student profile.  They provide us with standardized scores that are used in conjunction with all of the other information gathered about the student.  Admission is neither granted nor denied based solely on test scores.

Pre-school applicants must reach their 3rd birthday by October 1st to enter our age 3 pre-school program and they must reach their 4th birthday by October 1st to enter our age 4 pre-school program.  Kindergarten applicants must reach their 5th birthday by October 1st to enter our Kindergarten program.  Any deviation from this policy is conditional to the applicant undergoing a Kindergarten evaluation, even if the student has completed our pre-school educational program.
